Noelle Pourrat is the national service project specialist at Carnegie Corporation of New York, working on a strategic initiative to expand service opportunities to help counter polarization and support pathways to successful adulthood for young people. She is also the Corporation’s internal learning and development specialist.
Prior to these roles, Pourrat was a program analyst with the Corporation’s international peace and security program, where she worked on issues including Euro-Atlantic security and congressional education on foreign policy. She holds a dual master’s degree in international affairs and security from Sciences Po and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine.
