Vincent Mai is chairman and CEO of Cranemere LLC. Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of AEA Investors, one of the oldest private equity firms in the U.S. He also worked as a managing director of Lehman Brothers, a Wall Street investment banking firm, where he co-headed the investment banking division and served on the executive committee.
