Shantelle Mitchell is an IT End-User Analyst in the Information Technology department. Previously, she worked at the Lloyd Group as an IT lab/service desk intern providing onsite IT support, responding to trouble tickets, and providing end-user support. Mitchell graduated with an associate’s degree in liberal arts from the Borough of Manhattan Community College and completed IT certification courses through Per Scholas.
