Description
The Institute of Nuclear Materials Management (INMM) is a first-class U.S. institution that offers capacity- building in the nuclear security space. Participation in INMM’s activities, however, is largely homogeneous, with low engagement from underrepresented communities. With Corporation support, INMM will seek to expand its diversity initiative. It will conduct targeted outreach to underrepresented minorities who are interested in the nuclear sector and provide opportunities for minority students to enhance their education and professional development through participation in INMM and federally-funded programs, internships, and networks.
