Founded in 1808, Abyssinian is one of the oldest African American Churches in the United States. Abyssinian embraces a rich history of worship, spiritual leadership, social activism and community service.  With Corporation support, Abyssinian will continue with its educational programming for students and teachers, lectures, and community engagement activities.
