Description
On January 13, 2018, a ballistic missile alert was falsely issued over television, radio, and cellphones in Hawaii. Games for Change Inc. created a Virtual Reality (VR) movie that for 38 minutes brings this story to life. “On the Morning You Wake” enables viewers to experience the event—just as 1.4 million people in Hawaii did. Through this grant, Games for Change would bring this VR experience to a number of global events, including UN meetings and Nobel Peace Prize. The goal is to activate audiences by presenting this challenging topic in a new, immersive and visually stunning way.
