Lorrie Faith Cranor

Lorrie Faith Cranor is the FORE Systems Professor of Computer Science and of Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University, where she also directs the CyLab Usable Privacy and Security Laboratory. Dr. Cranor served as chief technologist at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and co-founded Wombat Security Technologies, Inc., a security-awareness training company. She is the author of several books and serves on the Board of Directors at the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
