Vikram Malhotra

Malhotra is chairman of the Americas and senior partner at the global consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he leads the practices in both North America and Latin America. At McKinsey since 1986, Malhotra has extensive experience in advising major financial institutions on growth strategy, performance transformation, organization design and operational improvement. He serves on McKinsey’s board of directors and as the vice chairman of the board at the Wharton Graduate School. He is a trustee of The New York City Partnership, The Conference Board and a Trustee Emeriti of the Asia Society. Updated 2018
