Varsovia Fernandez is president and CEO of the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a nonprofit organization that promotes the advancement of Hispanic businesses and professionals. Serving there since 2006, she has led the organization with new programs and strategies that have helped it reach record levels of new membership and revenues. Among her numerous honors, she was recognized for Outstanding Community Service by the Pennsylvania Hispanic Bar Association, and was named U.S.H.C.C. Executive of the Year. Updated 2011
