Born to British parents in Canada, actor and comedian Mike Myers first gained stardom in the early 1990s for his work on the comedy sketch show Saturday Night Live. Following this success, he worked as a screenwriter, adapting his characters into hit feature films such as Wayne’s World and Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery. In 2002 he was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He made his directorial debut in 2013 with the film Supermensch: The Legend of Shep Gordon. Updated 2012
