Jeff Kosseff

Jeff Kosseff is an assistant professor of cybersecurity law at the United States Naval Academy who focuses on online free speech, the regulation of technology and cybersecurity, electronic privacy, and government surveillance. Earlier in his career, Professor Kosseff practiced law and was an award-winning journalist covering technology and politics. His latest book, The Twenty-Six Words That Created the Internet, a history of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, will be published in Spring 2019.
