Elizabeth  A. Armstrong

Elizabeth A. Armstrong is a professor of sociology and organizational studies at the University of Michigan who focuses on gender, class, and race inequalities in American higher education. Her current research explores how universities respond to sexual violence and why so many of them have failed to address this persistent problem. During the 2018-19 academic year, she was a Fellow at Stanford University's Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences.
