Labor organizer Eliseo Medina, who serves as international secretary-treasurer of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), has fought for immigration reform, labor rights for immigrant workers, and political engagement in Latino voters. His work helped the SEIU become California's largest labor union. The Los Angeles Times has called him "one of the most successful labor organizers in the country. He previously served as national vice president of United Farm Workers, as well as an advisor to President Obama's Administration. Updated 2012
