Margie Jimenez is a program assistant in the Pathways to Postsecondary Success portfolio within the Corporation’s Education program.
Jimenez was most recently a budget and operations manager at Bank Street College of Education, where she was responsible for developing and monitoring grant and contract budget allocations, modifications, expenditures, and fund balances. She also assisted with grants administration, administrative and financial processing, and accounts receivable and payable.
Previously, Jimenez was a manager of administrative services and operations at NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. At Wagner, she was responsible for operations process and workflow improvements, managed faculty services and a gallery space, and monitored and reconciled accounts and expenditures. Earlier in her career, Jimenez was a manager of data distribution and storage at Sanofi Aventis, overseeing the preparation of quarterly and annual safety reports while also implementing operational process improvements.
Jimenez obtained her BA in creative writing with a concentration in Latinx studies from Columbia University’s School of General Studies.
