Jeanne D’Onofrio is chief of staff in the Office of the President, responsible for working with the president on all aspects of management, strategic planning, and oversight.
D’Onofrio earned her MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, and a BBA from Baruch College, City University of New York. She is currently a John C. Whitehead junior fellow of the Foreign Policy Association and has served as historian of the Seraphic Society.
Prior to joining the Corporation, D’Onofrio served as executive assistant to the president of the American Museum of Natural History in New York. Before joining the not-for-profit sector, she was senior underwriter for G. E. Capital Mortgage Insurance Company in New York and Investors Mortgage Insurance Company in Boston.
Her volunteer activities include serving as the historian of the Seraphic Society and as a trustee of the New York City Fire Museum. She is a past member of Manhattan Community Board 6, which represents much of the borough’s east side.
