Sarina Cipriano
Grants Manager

Sarina Cipriano is Grants Manager in the Corporate Secretary’s Office, carrying out due diligence on all of the Corporation’s grants. In this role, Cipriano provides guidance to Corporation staff on the legal aspects of grantmaking and internal policies and procedures at all stages of the grantmaking process.

Before joining the Corporation, Cipriano was the Assistant Manager for Foreign Fulbright Programs with Africa, South Asia, and the Near East at the Institute of International Education. In this capacity, Cipriano was responsible for the oversight and fiscal management of Fulbright Scholars from approximately fifty countries, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of State and U.S. embassies abroad.

Cipriano holds an M.A. in international affairs from The New School and a B.A. in political science from Dickinson College. She also studied comparative politics at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia.
